# Job Posting: Graphic Designer

### Responsibilities
- Design and develop web and application interfaces
- Design and roll out online advertising campaigns
- Create banners and interactive content (HTML5)
- Create motion animations in AfterEffects
- Create videos from video footage in PremierePro or AfterEffects
- Contribute to the development of ideas to improve the ergonomics and websites efficiency
- Actively participate in brainstorming and new project meetings
- Work in synergy with the marketing team, the editors, the legal department and the programmers
- Be on the lookout for the latest trends in graphic design, interface design and Web

### Qualifications
- A DEC or BAC in graphic and/or multimedia design
- 1 to 5 years of experience in graphic design
- Mastery of Adobe software
- Experience in advertising and promotional creation
- Experience in web design, ergonomics and responsive design
- Knowledge of AfterEffects and PremierePro software
- Knowledge of Creatopy, HTML5 and WordPress would be an asset
- Be creative, resourceful and solution-oriented
- Have good listening skills, be attentive to instructions and changes of direction
- Be flexible and open to constructive criticism
- Ensure high quality and thoroughness in your work
- Be autonomous and have a sense of organization
- Be excellent in managing priorities, time and stress
- Love teamwork and be a great collaborator
- Be passionate about design and interactive media
